With more than a two decades of experience and a wide variety of mediums explored, I have the most experience creating engaging hand-drawn art. Most of my inspiration for my artwork comes from nature and animals.

From a young age, I used art as a way to express my emotions to my peers and tell a story that maybe not everyone could fully understand but almost everyone can relate to in some way. Communicating through art has always been important to me and has led me through a lot of my own personal and professional development.

After Graduating with my Bachelor's in Advertising, I leaned into my minor of graphic communications management to begin creating stickers of my many artworks. As of 2026, I have given them away to many people but I have not sold any. I use a LaserJet Epson printer and a silhouette machine to do die-cut and kiss cut stickers as well as some freelance advertising materials for local businesses.

This illustration is my first commissioned piece for a business in North Carolina, which requested a simple, hand-drawn illustration of their church. This image was used on their daily bulletin brochure, with minor updates made in Photoshop to adjust the drawing for different seasons.

Target Audience Logo variation

Recently, Beekeeper LLC requested my assistance in developing a logo design for an extended target audience in the renaissance festival market. Although this is a currently developing design package the design and mock-up will be completed by the end of the year. Pictured here is the developing sketches being considered by Beekeeper LLC.

Beekeeper LLC currently does not implement paid advertising however, I designed these deliverables to fit into the brand guidelines and target audience Beekeeper LLC currently uses. To the right are two ad copy variations developed from research (below).

After careful consideration of brand guidelines, I began planning the website for Beekeeper LLC. Cameron (beekeeper and owner/operator of Beekeeper LLC) had an existing vector logo that was implemented in the design of the website. After the planning was completed, I managed and wrote the CSS for his website in Adobe Dreamweaver. The website is completed and is ready for transition to a domain when the owner is ready to make it live.

Beekeeper LLC participates in the Bigfoot Festival in Marion, NC each year for the past three years. I have volunteered on multiple occasions to accompany the owner in public outreach and giving out samples/information as well as cash handling and using squarespace technology for receiving payment.

Character Development

Based on images of nature, I have developed character illustrations for use in books, magazines, advertisements, and personal brands.
